This year of 2023 in the same way has welcomed our lawyers terribly odd. From worst form of violence to abduction of lawyers, the dignity of black coat has tainted. Altogether, this profession is under tremendous pressure, be that the one pursuing it in order to seek legality or the one granting justice. Collectively, the institution’s power along with its functionality being ridiculed with equal abuse. It is pertinent to mention that the lawyers have a great role in shaping societies. No society can function without them, as at some point in our life almost every individual stand in need of a lawyer.

As it is incumbent upon us to augment the pride and prejudice of our state institutions. No country can rise with falling foundation. The need of hour is to isolate our judiciary from all sort of external and internal domination. This can be a real game changer in fate of this polity for restoration of judicial system in future.Going after the saying “Nothing is perfect” almost every profession have little or many unsolved riddles.Growing and rising to the top are the dreams of every professional.To be successful however, one must meet the challenges successfully.The key lies in finding solutions and moving ahead.Their must be a mechanism related to smooth functioning of judiciary and welfare of the lawyers.Yet, knowing the problem and being responsive to them helps a lot in climbing the steps of success.
