Sir: The Lahore police has been on the move for the last few months and made valuable arrests in that period. Just yesterday, a team of Lahore police arrested a ringleader of a carjacking gang from People’s Colony, Tench Bhata, and recovered stolen vehicles from their ‘den’. The Lahore police conducted the raid at a house and arrested him and recovered several cars.
Interestingly, these arrests have been made in the city of Rawalpindi. What it has done is that it has exposed the Rawalpindi police’s inefficiency to combat the crime. Now, hopefully, the higher authorities would investigate the issue further.
