Sir: On the occasion of Sub Keh Do Day I would like to pay tribute through Daily Times to those jawans of the Pakistan Army who sacrificed their lives in the icy valleys of Siachen. We are proud of the Pakistan Army jawans because of whom today we are leading life as citizens of an independent country. We have got a new ambition and courage due to this great sacrifice of the Pak Army jawans that our army is prepared and alert to protect us everywhere, be it desert or mountains.
