National Assembly in chaos

Author: Daily Times

Sir: The commotion that we saw in the National Assembly on the budget day was enough to send a shudder down our spines. Were those people’s representatives? Had they been fighting for the cause of the people, the PPP would not have been able to stay that long in power making our lives miserable. The tug of war that we witnessed clearly showed that this country is devoid of sincere leadership. It was difficult to discern who was more undemocratic, the PML-N or the PPP.
