Even the heavy contingent of Rangers deployed in the university has been unable to manage the rogue element. Innocent lives are lost due to clashes among rival parties.
Who is to be blamed for this situation? A country where academic institutions are not safe and are turned into battlegrounds, where should one look for peace and harmony?
