Sir: According to a report in the newspapers, the government used Rs 457 billion of supplementary spending in the outgoing financial year. While increasing its borrowing at home and abroad, such spending only shows the incompetence of the government. I am sure all this money would have gone to the discretionary funds of the so-called ministries charged with whitewashing the ill deeds of the government.
