Sir: I was pleasantly surprised to know that the gates of the PM’s house had been opened for the public. I also rushed there along with my husband. It felt strange to enter the red zone without much hindrance. The staff at the PM’s house were cordial and cooperative, but there was mismanagement, which was understandable because a fairly large number of people had thronged the place to catch a glimpse of the new prime minister.
It was amazing to be there. I think it was a good move on the Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf’s part, considering that the problems of the common man are not heeded much at any level.
