Sir: Now that new elections are close by, it is time to remind oneself of a great obligation that we all owe to ourselves. It is voting the right way, for the right people, for the right future. Unless we learn to vote with a conscience and believe in our judgment while doing so, Pakistan would not improve or develop. We have been bringing the wrong people to the assemblies by choice. Allegiances to biradris (clans) and castes have done enough damage to the system. As voters, we should start learning how to judge people by reading between the lines of the rhetoric they make.
