Creating division

Sir: I do not want to start a divisive debate, but I do want to educate the leaders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to understand that no one is against honest people reporting moon sightings but only against people maliciously creating division in the country by reporting a moon that is not on the horizon. Could they possibly use the moon-sighting map to explain to the people in their own words why the Ruet-i-Hilal Committee was right in announcing Eid on Aug 20? Alternatively, they can send the attachment to the minister for railways who thinks that there is a conspiracy to ignore evidence produced by the people in his province.
