Hazardous chicken products

Author:

Sir: Being the citizen of an urban city, eating out is routine for thousands of professionals like myself but I have come to know about a strange occurrence: hazardous chicken items, mainly affected by bird flu, are being utilised by multinationals and local restaurants. In the busy life of a commercial city, one can never avoid going to multinational and local restaurants to have meals. People prefer opting for places that ensure hygienic food items to minimise any possible dangers related to health.

Restaurants should cook poultry items with high standards, which can easily be done through proper monitoring systems. The government should ban the import of poultry products including meat, chicken patties and nuggets to stop the cooking of dangerous dishes that are served at multinational restaurants. People can eat out and consume hygienic and healthy meat without any fear and concern, and restaurants should retain their dedicated customers for the long run.
