Sir: Through your esteemed daily I would like to draw the attention of traffic control officials in Karachi city. Nowadays, purchasing a car has become so easy that every second man wishes to have one. However, on the other hand, people have no civic sense nor do related authorities stop them. We see a lot of drivers parking their cars in a way that they block the passage of other cars. The situation gets worse when somebody has to go somewhere in an emergency and gets trapped due to such untrained drivers.
I would like to request the concerned authorities to exercise their power so that no one can buy a car unless he/she has a proper licence and respects parking norms. I hope my request will be entertained so that thousands of people are saved from the nonsense of untrained drivers/car owners.
