Development projects displayed in BNU

Lahore: A display of development communication projects was arranged at the School of Media and Mass Communication, Beaconhouse National University, Lahore.

The aim of displaying the projects was to highlight the various social issues affecting various sectors in Pakistan. Along with raising awareness, the projects emphasized the need to change social behavior that leads to problems faced by our society. Key issues highlighted in projects were Child labor, Sexual Harassment, Illiteracy, Education of girls in underdeveloped areas.

The guest at the ceremony was Prof Dr Taimur-ul-Hassan, Dean School of Media and Mass Communication (BNU) who appreciated the projects. He also stressed that through development communication projects, SMC students are working to bring social change and solution for the problems faced by the society.
