Sir: Rahul Gandhi has been telling people about the corrupt practices of and misuse of development funds by opposition whenever he goes for campaigning in non-Congress states. He cannot con people with such sentimental speeches. They are aware of scams and corrupt practices of the United Progressive Alliance. Though not justifiable, investing a little from the development funds is comparatively a lesser sin than totally siphoning off funds from the kitty; something that the Congress had been doing unabashedly. Congress has been advertising its achievements dating back to independence, but the fact is that the party has lost its texture therefore it is time to allow the BJP to run the country for a few years. In all fairness that is the only way to make a comparison between right and wrong.
