Sir: We cannot deny even if we want to that Pakistan is one of those countries where the incidence of harassment is reported frequently. Many women avoid going to public parks to exercise for the fear of being harassed by men. Since not everyone can afford going to a gym, parks should be made women-friendly. Even in western countries, certain days and specific times are set aside for women to use the park. If new parks for women cannot be opened, this rule could be followed to facilitate women.
