Sir: This refers to the issue of road safety in Pakistan, which is not very good. Every day, we hear the terrible news of road accidents and crashes, which are preventable because every road crash has a reason.
This is a public safety challenge for both the government and society. In Pakistan, the statistics of road traffic crashes is much higher compared to developed countries. I was wondering whether we have a ‘Road Safety Policy’ or not. If not, it is time to think about one.
