Lack of computers in KU

Author: Daily Times

Sir: I am a student of Mass Communications in Karachi University (KU). Most of the computers in our department are out of order and have not been repaired in spite of repeated reminders to the concerned people. We, being the future journalists, need training on retrieving hands on information, which is only possible through computers. I request Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah to look into this issue. I am not saying that he should provide us laptops as was done by Shahbaz Sharif in Punjab but at least he could see to it that we are not deprived of computers in universities.
