Sir: A news channel aired a report saying that out of 75 CNG buses only 50 are under use in Karachi. The 75 CNG bus project was inaugurated by Syed Mustafa Kamal. But what about the bus project inaugurated by Naimatullah Khan? What happened to the 32 bus project of the Sweden Bus Company? Where have the 28 buses of the Green Bus Company disappeared? It could be that either these buses had never been bought or they were allowed to rot under the pressure of the transport mafia in Karachi. Someone needs to look into this matter and report the truth. The people of Karachi need a good and efficient public transportation system badly.
