Sir: Flour is fast becoming a controversial food staple in the country. The Pakistani government has failed to push up the price of flour, discouraging farmers from growing the wheat. They are now starting to consider importing flour, which is very damaging to an agriculture-rich country like ours. The government must start listening to the qualms of the farmers for they are the main cog running the agrarian machine in this country.
