Sir: Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has promised to step down if the judicial commission appointed to investigate the Lahore incident holds him responsible. It is pertinent to note that a judicial commission formed by the Supreme Court to investigate the incident of torture on the lawyers on October 1, 2010, has held the CM Punjab responsible for it. By that count, Shahbaz Sharif is already eligible to tender his resignation.
