Annual Sports Gala held

The Annual Sports Gala of Smart School was held at Jinnah Park with zeal and fervor. The children were full of excitement as supportive parents, guardians and families grabbed refreshments and took their seats on a sunny and clear afternoon. Divided into teams each child was challenged with activities at different stations. After the activities were over there were some traditional races.

All children received a deserved medal for their excellent attitude and effort. Winners received special prizes. The pride on each child’s face was great to see.

Energetic and vibrant displays of gymnastics were much appreciated by the parents. The students showed their strength and skills as they competed in races with fun hurdles, highlight of the event, enthralled the audience.

Sheikh Umar the Director of Smart School grace the event with his presence and appreciated the well-organized event.

A mother appreciated the efforts saying “such events are the true essence of education that were missed in the last couple of years” Another parent appreciated that “sports events as one of its kind and we always look forward to the annual sports!” Sports and games have benefits beyond health and fitness inculcating leadership, unity and competitive spirit among the students.
