Tax collection not easy in Pakistan, admits Ishaq Dar

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar stated that tax collection has always been a major issue in Pakistan.

According to the minister, the government is attempting to improve the economy. “However, we are encountering difficulties with policy continuity,” he added.

Ishaq Dar, speaking at a ceremony in Islamabad on Wednesday, said politics and economics should be kept separate.

He stated that they were attempting to boost the country’s exports.
