Sir: We would collectively like to condemn MPA Sajid Jokhio, the Minister of Water and Sewerage Board Sindh. Sajid Jokhio the so-called representative of Gulshan-e-Hadeed has been elected twice consecutively from this area. We, the people of Sajid’s area, have never experienced water shortfall in the last 25 years (water is supplied here by the Steel Mill). But since Sajid Jokhio has become the MPA, he and his relatives have earned millions by stealing water. His close relatives involved in the water tanker business have broken Pakistan Steel Mill’s water supply line in Gharo and Dhabeji, so that their water can be sold. Initially they sold a tanker for Rs 2,000, now the same tanker is being sold at Rs 4,000.

I request Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat-ul-Ibad, to pay attention to this issue. We are being looted by our own representatives. I also request Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to review the performance of his team and at least do not allow them to snatch from us the right to drink water.
