Sir: Hyderabad is a historic city of Sindh with a population of almost 4.5 million. It is considered a cultural hub, preserving many historical monuments and buildings. But because of negligence of the municipal authority, Hyderabad has become a dirty city where scarcity of clean drinking water, traffic jams, broken roads and a choked drainage system have become regular features. Ironically, the parliamentarians and minsters residing in the city are blind to all these issues and rarely do anything to improve the situation. This city needs libraries, recreational parks, institutions and playgrounds to regain its lost beauty.
