Sir: It seems that the terrorists in our country have regained their powers as we are witnessing bomb blasts every other day now. First Peshawar, then Karachi and then a series of violent incidents all across the country indicate that the menace of terrorism is not gone even after the launch of Operation Zarb-e-Azb. As a matter of fact it is far from it. The government and law enforcement agencies have effectively failed to protect their citizens who only demand their safety and nothing else.
