Sir: Despite being a farmer and earning a very low income, my father got me into a private school in Turbat back in 2008 with the hope that I would get quality education. However, it has been difficult for me to continue studying in the same school as the school administration kept on increasing the tuition fee without any solid reason. The same is true of many other private schools in the area. These schools charge high tuition fees that many simply cannot afford. Besides charging high fees, they also sell textbooks, uniforms and other school materials at expensive rates. I have found out that more than 75 percent of parents are unable to admit their children to private schools in Turbat. It is my humble request to the owners and administration of these schools to reduce their tuition fees, so that the poor can also get quality education.
