Economic loss

Author: Daily Times

Sir: Pakistan is in the midst of economic depression. This means that with the passing of time our meagre resources will get scarcer and the needs of the people will increase rapidly.

The wearing down of natural resources like cutting of trees or culling of animals without taking into account environmental issues has made the non-renewable resources even more scarce and thus expensive. This has increased the ratio of poverty and inflation. We must acknowledge these problems for the sake of our future generations.
