Electricity shortage

Author: Daily Times

Sir: It is very painful to point out that Turbat has been facing a severe shortage of electricity where people are suffering a lot due to the energy crisis. Frequent power breakdowns are negatively impacting routine life as well as causing a huge dent to industry. Several factories have been closed down in Turbat due to shortage of electricity, which has caused large scale unemployment. The government should make the best efforts to resolve the energy crisis as soon as possible otherwise the whole country would plunge into darkness. I request the Balochistan home secretary, concerned authorities and especially the government to immediately take notice of the matter.
