A terrible terror group

Author: Daily Times

Sir: Nigeria has been plagued by terrorism of the worst kind for over four decades. First it was ripped apart by a continuous civil war waged by tribes from the northern and southern provinces. They wanted to establish hegemony over the whole of Nigeria. Millions of people were killed brutally during these wars. Nigeria witnessed many military coups and bloody revolutions. Boko Haram is a terrorist group that has caused devastation, death and destruction. It is the most despised and detested terrorist group in the region. It is worse than thugs, rogues and bandits, killing for money and notoriety.

The militants have joined hands with the criminal enterprise. They kidnap for ransom and loot and rob people. Boko Haram has emerged as the most dangerous terrorist group. It must be eliminated from the face of this earth.
