Gwadar needs libraries

Author: Daily Times

Sir: It is an undeniable fact that education and knowledge play an important role in changing the fate of a nation. Unfortunately, Gwadar, the most focused city, is deprived of public libraries. Due to the absence of these knowledge points in the city, teenagers are turning to negative hobbies and activities. They are being attracted to social evils and indulge in robberies and drugs. So the city must be given importance and the government should set up pubic libraries in Gwadar city.
