Sir: It was rather hectic when I moved back to Pakistan and had to manage various things from searching for a house and furniture to getting services like telephone and internet. I work as a designer and require 24/7 connectivity with clients in Europe and the US. With no internet, I had already begun feeling disconnected from the world. After searching through various options, I ordered Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL) landline and broadband. Being used to quick services abroad, I was sceptical about service providers in Pakistan. But the experience turned out to be a pleasant surprise with online and telephonic ordering and a plenty of package options. Not only were the services installed in a day but it was the courteous and hassle-free customer services that most impressed me. I have lived in Europe for more than two decades and I am proud to see such latest phone services and infrastructure in Pakistan.
