Sir: I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the problem of pollution that is slowly destroying the environment that we live in. It is vital for every individual to do whatever he or she can to keep our surroundings clean. I suggest that the government should launch awareness campaigns to make the people conscious of the hazards of pollution. The first step everybody can take is to dispose of garbage into a trash bin instead of streets and roads.
