Sir: It is a fact that on most occasions, the Pakistan batting line up collapsed instead of its bowling. Therefore, along with the selection of a battery of five fast bowlers, it would be wiser that our batting is strengthened. After humiliating defeats in the World Cup matches, we have to strengthen our batting squad. Otherwise, Pakistani cricket will die down. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) needs to find quality batsmen to strengthen the batting line up, because with the present team we cannot win any big match. In this context, we need to reorganise our domestic cricket as our local cricket is very poor at school and college levels due to several reasons. PCB should also take steps to eradicate politics that spoil individual performances of cricketers. If someone does not cooperate with the management and team mates, he has no right to remain in the national team.
