Sir: The inclusion of less experienced players is being held responsible for the historic defeat against Bangladesh. The selection committee should have included some senior players like Younis Khan and Shoaib Malik in the team who could guide these young players during the series with Bangladesh. No doubt young players are talented but due to lack of experience of playing at the international level, they have failed to adjust themselves according to the ground conditions. So there should a mix of senior and young players in the team.
