Social justice

Author: Daily Times

Sir: Political scientists and human resource management experts strongly believe that leaders impact the conditions of social justice and the conditions of social justice help evolve true leadership. One can witness a practical demonstration of this argument in Sindh province, where neither social justice exists nor are selfless leaders available. Since we have a socially unjust leadership in Sindh, it has been experiencing crises in various sectors like education, employment, finance, communication and healthcare, not to mention people to people, family to family, tribe to tribe, society to state relationships.
I wish that Sindh may have capable leadership that can systematically improve the social fabric of society. They must have the courage to risk personal comfort and safety to improve the lives of ordinary citizens.
