Time for a change

Author: Zaair Hussain

Sir: Before asking the government to change its ways, let us change something in ourselves. The people should change their way of thinking about a woman. If a woman comes out of her home for getting education, or for doing a job, it is totally her decision and we are no one to raise a voice against it. There are truly disgusting people out on the road who make a woman feel uncomfortable once she steps out of her home. A woman is blamed in every part of her life, be it a divorce or death of her husband or not having a baby after a marriage or being raped. The illiterate people here are making the life of a woman worse. A little change in people will surely make it easy for women to live a peaceful life. So instead of keeping your eyes on women and talking against them, shift your eyes from them and carry on your own business.
