Sir: The deadliest earthquake that hit Nepal has sent shockwaves across the world. Tragically, almost all countries are in the grip of natural calamities. So the responsibility of tackling calamities like earthquakes falls on each and every country. In order to tackle these disasters, large-scale humanitarian efforts and the use of modern technologies are the need of the hour. Through humanitarian efforts, the chances of many fatalities can be averted. By using modern technology, countries can construct buildings that can withstand any natural calamity. Right now the international community must come together and extend all-out support to Nepal that has been left marooned by the massive quake.
