Indian frustration

Author: Daily Times

Sir: As expected, the Indian grudge against against Pakistan’s progress and well being has surfaced in the shape of vocal opposition to the vital project of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). Our civil and military leadership has effectively refuted such uncalled for opposition and sensitised our anxious neighbour to refrain from commenting on bilateral relations between two sovereign countries. The ministry of foreign affairs has rightly expressed its surprise over the Indian stance of rating this project unacceptable. The interior minister has also expressed the government’s stance that this objection has exposed Indian ulterior motives to downgrade Pakistan’s progress and development through its malicious propaganda against the security situation in the country.
