Five dacoits killed in Nawabshah

NAWABSHAH: The district police during a massive campaign launched against anti-social elements, claimed to have killed five and weapons were seized from their possession. The campaign against criminals was launched on the directives of SSP Tanweer Hussain Tunio. Baloo Ja Quba Police Station SHO Ehtisham Ali Jamali said that the most-wanted dacoit Ghulam Rasool Loond was located in the area during routine patrolling. He said that during a brief encounter, the dacoit Ghulam Rasool Loond was killed on the spot while a pistol and rounds were recovered from his possession. He said that according to criminal record of dacoit Ghulam Rasool, he was wanted by 13 police stations of Dadu and Johi. He further said that the father of dacoit Ghulam Rasool, Safar Loond was also wanted by six police stations of Dadu.
