The latest accolade from HRD Asia comes seven months after PMPKL received the Annual CSR Award 2020 from National Forum for Environment and Health for Community Development & Services. The Employer of Choice 2020 award was presented after a survey conducted by HRD Asia,recognizing companies that continuously improve the employee experience through strategic programs to advance their professional development and wellbeing. PMPKL was evaluated for their contribution in a number of areas including; employee learning & professional development, rewards & recognition initiatives and a number of other programs encompassing employee health & well-being, work-life balance, leadership and inclusion &diversity.
