Sir: As per media reports, electricity theft in Sindh is on top, Balochistan is second. In Punjab southern areas are pointed out for electricity theft. The majority of Punjab areas have lesser theft cases and the irony is that, in bill recovery, Punjab is on the top. So. the provincial governments are requested to ensure smooth electricity bill recovery and reduce the burden of those people who pay their bills regularly. ZAHID CHAUDHRY Lahore
