Watson elated after meeting cricketing hero Imran KhanISLAMABAD: Australia’s former all-rounder Shane Watson was elated after meeting with his cricketing hero and current Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan at the Prime Minister house on Wednesday. Quetta Gladiators batsman Watson was accompanied by his side’s mentor Sir Vivian Richards, Australia’s legendary former cricketer Greg Chappell and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)’s Director for International Cricket Zakir Khan. The 38-year-old claimed that it was a very special moment to meet and talk to one of the best players of the game. “This was incredibly special for me to meet and chat with one of my cricketing hero’s, the Great All-Rounder,” Watson Tweeted. The former all-rounder gushed over the sight of the former greats discussing their cricketing days. “Imran Khan. What an inspiring life he has lived on and off the cricket field! So amazing to hear Sir Viv, Greg Chappell and Imran relive the good old days! #Dream,” he added.
