Pakistan’s first health and fitness expo held

Pakistan as a developing country is struggling in many domains due to which the health system has suffered a lot. As a result of that Pakistan has been ranked on the 122 out of 190 countries in a World Health Organization performance report. Provided with the statistics, Pakistan’s first Health & Fitness Expo “KIA Get Fit Pakistan” took place at Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi on Sunday 24th November 2019. KIA Get Fit Pakistan constituted with a full day event with Yoga, Mass workout, High intensity workout sessions, Fitness Competitions as well as children’s workout areas by leading industry professionals such as Nusrat Hidayatullah, Israa Shafi, Fitness Fanatics, Rizwan Noor, Sara Makki & Sana Garib, Tehreem, Kiran & Talha, Raasti Said, Mantahaa Tareen, Mustafa Totana, Fatima Zahrah Mallick just to name a few. In addition to this, panel discussions on important issues of the day were held with master trainers taking sessions all day long with the participants.
