Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Inspector General (IG) Dr Muhammad Naeem has desired for the strengthening and making effective the role of “Heroes of Hazara Trust” and “Victim Support Service” established at Regional Police Office Hazara. This he said while inaugurating the offices of the Trust and Support Centre and added that such kind of activity will be expanded to other parts of KPK as in the Trust, they wants to provide fully support and service to the families of the Police Martyred and “Ghazi’s who had given their life and rendered services to provide safety and security to the citizens especially through sacrifices of their lives. IGP said that now this is time that we should pay rich tributes to them and their stories of bravery and tiring efforts to be published in the Book of Shuhada’s and umbrella of support to be kept on the families of the Police Martyred. Dr.Naeem while talking about the Victim Support Centre (VSC) said that this will be a major platform for the victims of any kind of crimes and all effort to be done for the close contacts so they can be easily approached and the victim can be provide legal and all kind of support for the early delivery of justice and the affectees can have the easy access to the police officers. Earlier DIG Hazara Mazhar ul Haq Kakakhail in his briefing told that this is first of its kind activity carried out by the Hazara Police which will be having good impact and the friendly and brotherly impression of KP police will be presented among the general public. DIG also briefed the IGP about the law and order situation in all the districts of Hazara Division on which IGP showed satisfaction.
