The Lahore Arts Council has begun preparations for the second Alhamra National Exhibition. Artists over the age of 25 will be able to participate in this exhibition. The exhibition will consist of painting, sculpture, installation and video art. Artists from across the country will be able to submit their artwork by November 10 to attend the second Alhamra National Exhibition. Executive Director Lahore Arts Council Athar Ali Khan said that Lahore Arts Council always intends to share about art and culture from all over Pakistan to promote our cultural heritage, and purpose of this national exhibition is to promote art and the artist. Through this exhibition people can see the work of masters at one place, he added. Arts & Culture Director Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi said that the exhibition aims to bring together the work of renowned artists from across the country, this exhibition will provide the opportunity for new artists to benefit from the technique of Masters.
