The clutter breaking song release of Gala on August 11, 2019 came through as a breath of fresh air.

Amidst all the chaos we are surrounded with, we need to pause for a moment and appreciate the people, the cultures and the unison embedded in Pakistan.

It is this diversity, co-existence, rich cultures and embracing the harmony of differences that comes together to make this beautiful nation. This Independence Day, Gala celebrated Pakistan with a rendition of the Gala Anthem exhibiting inclusivity, unity and togetherness. Gala holds no barriers and took a bold step by taking transgender persons on board for this anthem without any discrimination. The song was sung by the maestro Shafqat Amanat Ali, Akhtar Chinal, Humaira Arshad, Lucky & Naghma (transgender persons), Tufail Sanjrani and Zeek Afridi, covering all the ethnicities including, Sindhi, Balochi, Pathan, Memon, Siraiki and Punjabi that exist in Pakistan, reiterating on the message of everyone having one identity.

Gala portrays the pride of being a Pakistani and celebrating every aspect of it. The food, the uniquely designed apparel, festivities, music, heritage and the colours from all cultures that weave together.

Gala has been the des ka biscuit for generations and continues to provide its consumers with the same taste and quality.

I as a citizen of my beloved homeland am humbled to see how we all come together in both good and bad times to save our identity. This anthem is just a reminder of celebrating unity and co-existence and for everyone to see the real Pakistan.”
