KARACHI: A case pertaining to the removal of name of model Ayyan Ali from the Exit Control List (ECL) has been referred to Sindh High Court (SHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Justice Sajjad Ali Shah.

The chief justice has to announce a final decision after differences between the previous two-member bench emerged over the matter. The case came up for hearing before a 2-member bench of the SHC – comprising Justice Ahmad Sheikh and Justice Karim Khan Agha.

Due to differences between the two judges on the matter, the case has been sent to the SHC CJ for his decision as a referee judge. His decision will be considered final decision.
