Justice Amir Saleem Jaiser of the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday recused himself from hearing a bail plea moved by Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani. The bench hearing the bail plea has now been dissolved. The hearing has been adjourned and will be fixed before a new bench. Justice Amir Saleem Jaiser wrote to the chief justice of Pakistan, citing his reasons for recusing himself from the case.
