Delegation led by EU ambassador Jean Francois Cautain to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan visited shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar while observing different sections of Moen Jo Daro. EU ambassador Mr Jean Francois Cautain to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan along with delegation visited the shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar amidst tight security. He watched Dhamal at the shrine, held by groups of devotees. In his message, EU ambassador Jean Francois Cautain to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan said that this was the place of spirituality and tolerances. How can one attack at this place of spirituality and tolerance, he remarked. About his visit at Sehwan, he said that he had arrived at shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar at Sehwan city to remember those who died in the terrorist attack on 16/2/2017. He said that due to 767th annual Urs celebrations, he visited the shrine of sufi saint Lal Shahbaz Qalandar. EU ambassador Jean Francois Cautain also visited Moen Jo Daro with delegation. About his second visit at Moen Jo Daro, an oldest historic place, he said that he loved this thousand-years old site which should make everybody feel humble of his/her own life. He noticed several ongoing projects. He said that it was important to involve the local communities in the sites’ preservation.
