Sir: A dead-end job means that there is almost no effective path that leads from the current job to their envisioned job or career future. No matter how well they perform at work, their goals, like career growth, learning, advancement, or compensation, are simply not achievable. Being stuck in a dead-end job workers are suffering from mental distress because they know that there is no one to advocate their case at the highest destination as their posts are upgraded or they are granted time pay scale or new positions within the organizations are created for their career progression. Since employees do not fit in the box of the bosses, they do not dance to their tunes, therefore, no career advancement for them, but who cares in this society where people think in terms of ethnicity, regionalism and sect not in terms of one nation and one human family. Worst future prospects are for those who are working on dead-end job positions and there is no one in power and authority to promote their legal and humanitarian right of job promotion as regarded fundamental right by the Apex Court in its several landmark judgments, but who cares all about this; Let this discarded talent of the country suffer and silk in silence.
