According to data available with Daily Times, more than 433 complaints are under the process out of which 201 complaints have been forwarded to the concerned departments for necessary action.
A review of the performance revealed that the regulation department received the maximum number of complaints i.e. 342, accounting for 33 percent of the total complaints received on Pakistan Citizen Portal. The 84 % complaints have been resolved while 54 complaints are in the process, shows data.
Commenting on the performance of the Citizen Portal, Kamran Khan, a resident of the Satellite Town Rawalpindi, has said that it is a vital source of linkage between the government and the people for public welfare.
